Credit Cards
We accept the following payment methods and credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and other major credit cards. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon placing your order.
Mail orders: Credit Cards, Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks
For mail orders (sent through the post or express carrier), we accept credit cards, money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks from established customers, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks. We take no responsibility for mailed payments until it arrives at our address.
Canceled / Changed Orders
Orders that are canceled or changed resulting in a refund will have deducted the credit card fees (3.0%) from the refunded amount.
If the refund is due to BG not having stock of an item, the credit card/transaction fees for that item(s) will not be deducted from the refund.
If you have issues with an order and need to change it contact us with the issue in writing and reference your order number. We can then adjust your order. Do not go and place a second corrected order as this would result in us having to deduct those credit card fees from the amount be refunded for that order.
Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will be charged for all products in your order at the time you place your order, plus any applicable shipping and insurance charges. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. Changing an order or canceling items from an order may affect the eligibility of shipping or product promotions.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Brigade Games and Hobby Supply, LLP reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order or any item in your order for any reason, or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Out-of-Stock Products
We try to keep a reasonable stock on items that we do not manufacture ourselves. However, due to the nature of importing there are times we do run out of items and have to backorder item(s) unless you have indicated in your order that you do not want backorders. Please note that if an item is unavailable and you do not want a backorder that this may change the shipping and insurance costs or disqualify you for a promotion that may be running.
For backordered items, we will ship your product as it becomes available unless we expect any other items to arrive shortly. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Taxes
Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state (NJ.) For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes and reporting same to your state governments.
International Orders: Import Duties, Handling Fees, VAT, etc.
You as the customer are required to pay any any and Import Duties, Handling Fees, VAT, etc., that are added to your shipment and Brigade Games will not be responsible for these fees.
Shipping Time
Shipping Time -- Most orders received will ship within 24-72 hours, provided the product ordered is in stock (see out of stock items note below.) Many orders go out the very next business day. Some items are cast to order and will take longer based upon order volume. Orders rarely, but sometimes may take 30 days or longer if items are out of stock, molds need to be remade, etc. Orders may be processed and shipped on Saturday at our convenience, but it is not guaranteed. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sunday as everyone needs at least one day off. Please be aware we do our best to get you your products in a timely fashion. Please allow 30 days for your order to arrive.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by BrigadeGames.com or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. We have no control over other manufacturers, shipping carriers and customs.
Please be aware that there are times during the year that we attend conventions, are holiday periods, and the 6 weeks before the Christmas holiday are extremely busy and we can not guarantee delivery times. We do take vacation every year and will have a not eon our home page during this time. During these times we do not process orders and your order will be processed on our return in the order received.
If you need something quickly for a good reason we can attempt to help you out if you contact us with the contact form on the Contact page. We make no guarantees, but we are wargamers as well and we will try to do what we can.
Returns
We will gladly accept a preauthorized return of stocked products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase for store credit less a 15% restocking fee on the cost of the product (not shipping). Returns must be received in the original undamaged packaging. Bargain basement and close out items are not returnable and are sold as-is. Preorders are not returnable or cancelable unless it is specifically stated in the preordered item offer.
Things happen. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Generally, you will be asked to return the fulfillment mistake by First Class mail with a letter explaining the issue and we will exchange the product for you. We will typically send you a store coupon with the value of the return postage or a prepaid return envelope. We thank you in advance for helping us correct any fulfillment mistakes.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
