Refund policy

We will gladly accept a preauthorized return of stocked products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 7 days from the date of purchase for replacement or store credit.  We will gladly accept a preauthorized return of stocked products can be returned for 7 days from the date of purchase for replacement or store credit. Any preauthorized return for refund will be less a 15% restocking fee on the cost of the product (not shipping). Returns must be received in the original undamaged packaging. Bargain basement and close out items are not returnable and are sold as-is. Preorders are not returnable or cancelable unless it is specifically stated in the preordered item offer.


Things happen. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Generally, you will be asked to return the fulfillment mistake by First Class mail with a letter explaining the issue and we will exchange the product for you. We will typically send you a store coupon with the value of the return postage or a prepaid return envelope. We thank you in advance for helping us correct any fulfillment mistakes. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and undamaged, and in its original undamaged packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you need to be authorized to do so, and you can contact us at sales@brigadegames.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Attn: L. Weiss, Brigade Games, 35 Brookvale Road, Kinnelon, NJ 07405

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as PDF downloads, custom orders and custom casting. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Please note that if you have purchased an ebook / PDF, and have successfully downloaded it (we can see this in our system), we are unable to offer a refund on your purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on PDF downloads, sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
